He is a local expert who live in Kawtthaung, Tanintharye division. He completed basic education high school in 2015. He graduated the level of highest education by Oceanography subject from the university of Mawlamyine. He got the degree by Oceanography subject on February 17, 2011 and got the master of Oceanography on February 13, 2013. Then he is observing the corals in sending for master's degrees. So, He would be accomplished to attend master's research.
Then, he helped and served in Oceanography research of the environmental working with local universities as a old student. In 2015, he begins to study the Tourism and Marine Conversation with interest. He is working together till now with Tourism activities.
